After the global economic downturn, many business owners will be afraid of expansion and might assume the timing couldn’t be worse to expand globally. However, that may be not the case. There are good opportunities for many business models in foreign markets. The trick is to identify that particular, underserved niche that is a match for your business, and go after it.
Fear is not a word that is often associated with leadership. Sometimes it’s difficult to pinpoint. It often manifests itself as a gnawing feeling that holds you back, keeping you from taking that “next step” that will bring your business to a new level.
